If you’re not satisfied with your bamboo sheets for any reason, simply fill out the form on laylasleep.com/returns with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a return label, pick the sheets up from you and refund you in full. There are no fees deducted from your refund and you will receive 100% of your money back. Shipping fees to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska are non-refundable, but hey, if you live in such a cool place we’re sure you’ll see the glass as half full.

Layla’s^® Bamboo Sheets are significantly softer than the vast majority of cotton sheets. Not only are they softer, but they also keep you cooler. Cotton sheets tend to retain more heat because of its stiffer weave, while bamboo sheets offer better breathability and excellent airflow.

Plus, bamboo sheets are much more environmentally friendly compared to the manufacturing process of cotton sheets. For example, bamboo plants use around 12 gallons of water to create a pound of fabric, but cotton plants need around 200 times that amount.

The Layla^® Premium Bamboo Bed Sheets are made from 100% viscose from bamboo so they have a luxurious silky feel that will commonly feel like twice the thread count in a comparable cotton or polyester sheet. The primary benefit of bamboo is that it sleeps cool, is very breathable, and it wicks moisture better than polyester performance fabrics. Bamboo will resist odor and is absorbent, keeping you dryer and more comfortable than any cotton or polyester fabrics.

Bamboo is one of the strongest plants on earth but it’s fibers produce one of the softest materials you’ll find in a bed sheet, giving bamboo sheets a soft, silky, and luxurious feel.

We offer a 5 year warranty on all materials and workmanship. Examples of this may include stitching or seams becoming undone from natural wear, and rips or fraying that are not a result of abuse. The warranty is non-transferable, so second hand Layla^® sheets, black market sheets, and mysterious hand me downs are not covered.

Once you place your order, we get right to work on preparing your sheets for shipment. For shipping times, please refer to the time estimate on the product detail page. You can find the most recent ship times near the add to cart button in this format: "READY TO SHIP in XX Business Days.” Once shipped, it will take anywhere from 1-5 days to land at your doorstep, depending on where you are. You'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check on it along the way.
