It's simple! Unzip the removable cover, then unzip the inner lining. Now you can remove or add as much fill as you need until the pillow is just right for you.

If you're not satisfied with your memory foam pillow for any reason, simply fill out the form on our Returns page by inputting your order number and the reason for your return. Once received and reviewed, we will issue you a 100% refund. At Layla Sleep, no return or shipping fees are charged for returns (shipping fees to HI, AK, and Canada are non-refundable). We only ask that you sleep on the pillow for at least 2 weeks before deciding if it's right for you.

What's the warranty on the Layla Memory Foam Pillow, and what does it cover?

We offer a 5-year warranty on all materials and workmanship for our memory foam pillow. Examples of this may include stitching or seams becoming undone from natural wear or the fading of colors of the Layla Memory Foam Pillow cover. The warranty is non-transferable, so second-hand Layla Pillows, black-market pillows, and mysterious hand-me-downs are not covered.

How long will it take to receive my new Layla® Memory Foam Pillow?

Once you place your order for your memory foam pillow, we get right to work on preparing your pillow for shipment. For shipping times, please refer to the time estimate on the product detail page. You can find the most recent ship times near the add to cart button in this format: "Ships in XX Business Days.” Once shipped, it will take anywhere from 1-5 days for your pillow to land at your doorstep, depending on your location. You'll receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order along the way.

Can you wash a memory foam pillow?

Yes, you can wash the Layla Memory Foam Pillow by throwing the entire pillow into the washing machine. However, drying the pillow once it has been washed can require multiple dry cycles. For this reason, we designed the pillow with an inner lining that holds all the fill. That way, you can simply remove the exterior cover and throw it in the wash. We recommend washing with cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
