The Layla Weighted Blanket is awesome in so many ways, but there are two main reasons why this blanket is better than all the rest. Our blanket has two different feels on either side (in classic Layla fashion). One side of the blanket is a 300 TC cotton, and the other side is a plush poly/mink fabric, so you get to choose the feel you want closest to your body. We use micro glass beads for our fill. Glass beads are much finer, smoother, and quieter than other fillings, such as plastic pellets that are lumpy and make a significant amount of noise when moved.
